Week 11

वागीशाद्याः सुमनसः सर्वार्थानामुपक्रमे ।
यं नत्वा कृतकृत्याः स्युः तं नमामि गजाननम् ॥ Audio

The Gods, led by Lord Brahma, bow down to Lord Ganesha at the beginning of all their acts, and attain success. I bow down to that elephant-faced Lord.

 

Week 12

सरस्वति नमस्तुभ्यं वरदे कामरूपिणि ।
विद्यारम्भं करिष्यामि सिद्धिर्भवतु मे सदा ॥ Audio

Oh Goddess Saraswathi! one who bears different forms at will! One who grants boons! Salutations to you. I am beginning to learn, let me attain success always.

 

Week 13

नमस्ते शारदे देवि काश्मीरपुरवासिनि ।
त्वामहं प्रार्थये नित्यं विद्यां बुद्धिं च देहि मे ॥ Audio

Oh Goddess Saraswathi! Residing in the city of Kashmir! I bow down to you. I pray to you constantly, please give me knowledge and intelligence.

 

Week 14

शारदा शारदाम्भोजवदना वदनाम्बुजे ।
सर्वदा सर्वदास्माकं सन्निधिं सन्निधिं क्रियात् ॥ Audio

Let the Goddess Sharada, who has a face resembling the lotus of Sharat-kaala, always reside in our mouth.

 

Week 15

या देवी सर्वभूतेषु बुद्धिरूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥ Audio

Salutations to the Goddess who is present in all living beings in the form of intellect. Salutations to her, Salutations to her, Salutations to her.

 

Week 16

कृष्णाय वासुदेवाय देवकीनन्दनाय च ।
नन्दगोपकुमाराय गोविन्दाय नमो नमः ॥ Audio

Salutations to Krishna, who brings delight to Vasudeva and Devaki, who is the son of Nanda, and who is known as Govinda.

 

Week 17

नमः पङ्कजनाभाय नमः पङ्कजमालिने ।
नमः पङ्कजनेत्राय नमस्ते पङ्कजाङ्घ्रये ॥ Audio

Salutations to the Lord Vishnu, who has a lotus in his navel, who wears a garland of lotuses, whose eyes resemble the petals of a lotus, and whose feet are like a pair of lotuses.

 

Week 18

हरलीलावताराय शङ्कराय महौजसे ।
कैवल्यकलनाकल्पतरवे गुरवे नमः ॥ Audio

Salutations to Acharya Sri Shankara of boundless vitality, an incarnation of Lord Shiva, and a veritable wish-tree for those desiring salvation.

 

Week 19

रामाय रामभद्राय रामचन्द्राय वेधसे ।
रघुनाथाय नाथाय सीतायाः पतये नमः ॥ Audio

Salutations to Lord Rama, affectionately known as Ramabhadra and Ramachandra, who is the creator of this world, the Lord of Raghu dynasty, and the husband of Sita.

 

Week 20

हयग्रीव हयग्रीव हयग्रीवेति यो वदेत् ।
तस्य निस्सरते वाणी जह्नुकन्याप्रवाहवत् ॥ Audio

अन्वयः - यः हयग्रीव हयग्रीव हयग्रीव इति वदेत्, तस्य वाणी जह्नुकन्याप्रवाहवत् निस्सरते ।

पद-पदार्थः - यः = He who, वदेत् = says/chants, हयग्रीव इति = `Hayagreeva', name of the Horse-faced Lord, तस्य = His, वाणी = speech, निस्सरते = flows out, जह्नुकन्याप्रवाहवत् = like the flood of River Ganges.

If a person devoutly chants the name of Lord Hayagreeva, he will attain proficiency of speech, and his words will flow out smoothly and powerfuly like the mighty river Ganges.
